By accessing or using Uptime Monitor ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our Service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account and password
All activities that occur under your account
Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Uptime Monitor provides website monitoring services including:

Continuous website status checks

Email and Telegram notifications

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Cryptocurrency

4.1 Service Tiers

Free Tier (Starter): Basic monitoring services are available at no cost with feature limitations as described on our pricing page.

Premium Tiers (Plus & Professional): Advanced features and increased limits are available through paid subscriptions.

4.2 Cryptocurrency Payments

All premium subscription payments are processed exclusively in cryptocurrency through our payment processor, NOWPayments.

Accepted Cryptocurrencies: USDT (Tether) and USDC (USD Coin) on Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20 network)

Payment Processor: Payments are securely processed through NOWPayments, a third-party cryptocurrency payment gateway

Transaction Verification: All payments must be confirmed on the Binance Smart Chain blockchain before subscription activation

4.3 Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions:

All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable
We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund transactions once confirmed on the blockchain
Refunds may only be issued in exceptional circumstances as required by applicable law
You are responsible for ensuring payment accuracy before confirming transactions

4.4 Subscription Terms

Duration: Subscriptions are pre-paid for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months as selected during purchase
Activation: Your subscription activates immediately upon blockchain confirmation
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew before expiration
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your paid period
Expiration: Upon expiration, your account will revert to the free Starter tier with associated limitations

4.5 User Responsibilities

When making cryptocurrency payments, you are responsible for:

Ensuring you send the correct cryptocurrency (USDT or USDC on BSC network only)
Sending the exact amount displayed
Using the correct network (Binance Smart Chain / BEP-20)
Verifying the payment address before sending
Having sufficient funds to cover blockchain transaction fees (gas fees)
Understanding that payments to incorrect addresses or networks cannot be recovered

4.6 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will:

Not affect active subscriptions (you keep your current rate until expiration)
Apply only to new subscriptions or renewals after the change
Be announced with at least 30 days notice via email and website notice

4.7 Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an error with your payment:

Contact us immediately at mail@uptime-monitor.ru with your transaction hash
We will investigate the blockchain transaction and provide verification
Our decision regarding payment disputes is final

Important: Blockchain transactions are publicly verifiable. All payment confirmations can be independently verified on BSCScan or similar blockchain explorers.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose including:

Illegal Activities

Monitoring illegal websites
Hacking or security testing without permission
Any unlawful purposes

Service Abuse

Spamming or harassment
Attempting to disrupt our service
Automated account creation

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Uptime Monitor and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use our trademarks without permission

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

Violates Terms

Breach of these Terms of Use

Abusive Behavior

Service abuse or illegal activities

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uptime Monitor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from:

Your inability to use the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party
Unauthorized access to or use of our servers
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to our Service

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by:
